Dynamic Range Transformation

It often happens that you get a value for a contrast or a dynamic range in densities. But how do you transform these into the three differnt metrics for the dynamic range?

Here is an Excel Spread sheet you can use to do this.

Altough I have checked the file I have to underline that the use of the spread sheet is at your own risk
